Please read the following terms and conditions. Your use of (St Andrews Co Ltd) website and purchase of any of the products or services from it means that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shopping with products can be ordered online via the website When you place an order for any of the products you are offering to buy it for the price stated.

After you have placed your order online, we will confirm, by e-mail, that we have received it. We will check for availability of the product and send a further e-mail to confirm this. Where all details are correct, our e-mail will be regarded as an acceptance. It will specify delivery details together with confirmation of the price for the products purchased. Where a product is not available, we will advise you.

St Andrews Co have the right to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

The price for each product inclusive of V.A.T at 20% is detailed on the website.

We always try to make sure that the prices are correct but errors may occur. Should this occur, we would contact you and give you the option to accept the order or cancel it. Where you choose to cancel the order, payment made for the products will be refunded in full. You will be notified of the delivery costs.

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by Debit / Credit card (via Nochex secure payment) or by Paypal. The only exceptions to this are for corporate accounts where an agreement has been made with St Andrews Co Ltd to issue an invoice. Payment of all invoices must be made within 14 days.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot always guarantee its availability. If we can't supply a product we will check with you to see whether we can find a suitable alternative. Where we are unable to do so, any payment already made, will be refunded in full.

Promotional Products and Special Offers:
Promotional products or special offers will be clearly defined together with any qualifying conditions.

St Andrews Co Ltd  delivers to destinations inside the United Kingdom. Where delivery is required outside of the UK, we will quote delivery costs for this. We cannot send products to the United States of America or Canada.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and St Andrews Co Ltd not responsible for them.

UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail or Courier. The Courier will require a signature at the time of delivery. We will make every effort to deliver your products within 5 working days, however we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time that we have quoted, please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will try to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. Please note that items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days. Royal Mail stipulates that only items still not delivered after fifteen working days will be classified as lost.

Cookies enable users to navigate around the website and (where appropriate) enable us to tailor the content to fit the needs of visitors who have accessed the site. We feel sure that you will be delighted with your product but there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We will attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

Cancellation and Unwanted products:
We aim to give excellent customer service and to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with us. If you wish to cancel, or are unhappy with an item when you receive it, please return it to us within 7 working days, with the despatch note, in unused condition, complete with packaging and all contents. We will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding postage and packaging).

We will make the refund within 30 days once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products.

Faulty products:
We endeavour to package the products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 7 days of receipt.

In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Returning Faulty Products:

We may advise you how to send the item back to us. Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

- May change or withdraw any part of the website, or may refuse you access to the site at any time if we consider it necessary
- May terminate this agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of its website upon breach of any part of these terms and conditions
- Acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person
- In the event that any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at St Andrews Co Ltd option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- If St Andrews Co Ltd does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
